We will gladly accept most unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags for return or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund of the cost of goods. We reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements listed below:
1. Products NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund include:
• Skincare and haircare products
• FREE/Giveaway/Contest products
• Gift cards
2. Return items must be in the same condition you received:
• Tags still on garments
• Free from foreign smells (ie: tobacco, pet, perfumes)
• Free from pet hair/dander, etc
• Folded nicely (not rolled or crumpled)
• Breakable items must be packed and shipped back to us properly. We cannot accept returns that break during transit.
3. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date.
4. You will need to place a NEW order online for the correct style/size you would prefer.
Once our warehouse has confirmed return has been received and "approved the condition" (stated above), we will process your refund for the cost of goods.
If returns are sent to our warehouse that do not meet qualifications for refund, they will be destroyed. We do not ship back or refund those items. Please be sure to review the entire returns pages before sending a return.
Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment from your purchase.In order to process an exchange, we will need to first cancel your order. Then, you may place a new order for the correct item you desire. We will not be able to edit an order (such as size or style) once it has been submitted.
Please submit return requests through this form. Shipping/postage must be paid by the customer on all returns. COD will not be accepted.
